With more than 35 years of maritime experience, Captain Brian J. Fournier is the current President and a state licensed docking pilot. He has docked ships on the East, West, and Gulf Coasts, and has led tractor tug training exercises with SeaRiver Maritime in San Francisco and Portland Pipe Line in Maine.
